ACID cigars are a combination of premium whole leaf long filler Nicaraguan tobaccos and essential oils which are gently infused into the cigars to give them a unique aroma.
Arturo Fuente
The brand was born in 1912 by a 24-year old Cuban émigré named Arturo Fuente who had come to the US in 1902, leaving his hometown of Güines, Cuba.
Berger & Argenti
Berger & Argenti was formed in early 2009 as a collaborative partnership between brothers Michael and Albert Argenti and Enrique Berger of Tabacalera Esteli.
CAO Cigars got its start in 1968 by Cano A. Ozgener, producing pipes as well as humidors. In 1980 CAO introduced its first venture into the cigar industry.
The brand was founded in Miami, in 1961, by Simon Camacho. In October 2008, Camacho became part of the Oettinger Davidoff Group.
Cusano Cigars was founded in 1995 by Michael Chiusano, a native New Yorker and institutional money manager, and Bill Finley, his partner and company director.
Don Pepin
The brand was created by José "Pepín" García and is manufactured in Miami, Florida, and at the factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, Tabacalera Cubana.
Drew Estate
Drew Estate got its humble start by developing a house brand for its retail location at the World Trade Center Mall. It was made by Antonio Almanzar.
Four Kicks
Jon Huber, the former director of lifestyle marketing for C.A.O. , has formed a new cigar company with three other former employees called Crowned Head.
Great Lakes
The Great Lakes Cigar Company was formed by Darrin Hildebrand. It currently has three distinct flavors of cigars from mild to full flavored.
The company is known as the maker of the His Majesty's Reserve cigar, a limited-production cigar infused with rare cognac.
Dion Giolito began his career as a tobacconist with a part time job at the Tinder Box, he got loan and went out on his own to create Illusione Cigars in 2004.
JFR stands for “Just For Retailers,” and they mean it. Don’t look for them online. They’re made by Tabacalera Tropical, and originally blended by Jose “Don Pepin” Garcia.
Kristoff Ligero cigars are patiently handmade in the Dominican Republic. At their core is a blend of well-aged Cuban-seed Dominican and Nicaraguan longfillers.
La Gloria Cubana
The La Gloria Cubana brand was created in 1885 by the Sociedad Cabañas y Castro, then bought twenty years later in 1905 by José F. Rocha.
In 1971 General Cigar Company introduced Macanudo as a brand developed in Jamaica. They moved production to the Dominican Republic in October 2000.
In July 1935, Alonso Menéndez purchased the Particulares Factory. Immediately after its acquisition, he created a new brand named Montecristo.
The family-owned company traces its roots to patriarch Melanio Oliva, who began growing tobacco in Cuba in 1886. In 1995 they launched the "Gilberto Oliva" brand.
The company was founded September 8, 1964 in Miami, Florida by Cuba-native José Orlando Padrón. In 1970, Padrón moved the company to Estelí, Nicaragua.
Partagás is among the oldest brands of cigars, established in Havana in 1845. The name is used today by two independent entities in Cuba and Dominican Republic
Perdomo is a brand of cigars primarily grown and produced in Nicaragua and sold worldwide by Tabacalera Perdomo. Founded in 1992 by Nick Perdomo, Jr.
Punch is the name of two brands of cigars, one produced in Cuba for Habanos SA and the other produced in Honduras for General Cigar Company.
Romeo & Julieta
Romeo & Julieta is the name of two brands of cigars, one produced in Cuba for Habanos SA and the other produced in Dominican Republic for Imperial Tobacco.
Saint Luis Rey
Originally introduced at Le Cigar Noir-Beverly Hills on May 1, 1996. Hand made in Honduras, Saint Luis Rey is now distributed at the national level.
Established in Cuba in 1916 the Toraño family has had an extensive history with the management of tobacco fields and production of hand-made cigars.
Vega Fina
Vega Fina continues to be Spain’s most popular Dominican cigar, so Altadis decided to introduce it to the much larger American market in early 2007.
